Before running it, use `start-webserver.bat` placed one directory up.

That document/VBA creates `%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART\Office365Sync.xlam` and inserts there VBA macro code. Than that XLAM will be started with `InvokeVerbEx` or `DotNetToJS`.
